Hi Kyle, thanks for your review of our Beta BB app. The comments and feedback you made are very useful and much appreciated.

While being at it, here are a few comments on your feedback:

- Picture: We haven't yet fully implemented the sharing of the Tungle.me picture between different platforms. Currently, the BB app will search for a contact with your own email address and load the picture (if any). Granted this is not particularly useful in this context and as such, for now we will remove it altogether. We will bring back the image later on.

- Buttons in scheduling view: Great suggestion on the roll-over - we will implement that.

- Painting multiple times: I agree with you that one of the strengths of our Web UI is the ability to propose multiple times by "painting" on the calendar. We will explore the "shift and scroll" approach and see what can be done with it. The power of Tungle.me is in the ability of letting the invitees pick the times that fit their schedule and as such, we need to have an easy way to propose multiple times. Note that Tungle Suggest (the magic wand button) can be pretty useful in this sense as it will automatically propose the next 5 blocks of times that works for you and your invitees (according to their availability and the time filters you've set). This is a quick way to propose times.

- Management view: We are using the same web pages to manage booked and pending meetings across mobile devices. We are redesigning the mobile view pages to be closer to the "native" look of the device. This is something we should have ready during the summer.

- Meeting added to your calendar: When a Tungle meeting is booked, it will be pushed directly to your "Default Tungle calendar". Assuming you are only syncing your BB with Tungle, then the meeting will be pushed to your BB calendar. However if you have more than one calendar synced with Tungle (outlook, Lotus Notes, iCal, entourage, Google calendar) and one of these calendars is set as the default one, then the Tungle meeting will be pushed in the other calendar.

Note that in the default BB configuration, the Tungle app will check with the Tungle server every 10 minutes to fetch the latest information. You can change the frequency of fetches and you can also force "Sync now" by going to the option menu.

- Contacts section: Definitely looks like we are having a bug here. Only contacts with email address should be listed and in addition we should take care of duplicate entries. This will be fixed.

One important thing that you should know about the BB app is that it also allows you to share calendar (free busy or meeting details) with other Tungle users. Once you have sharing buddies, they will be listed on top of your contact list and you will be able to access their calendar by clicking their name. Once you have established sharing relationships with other Tungle users, I believe this contact tab becomes very useful for quickly looking up at others' calendars.

Thanks again for your review - we are getting good feedback from beta testers and we'll continue to improve the application.

Jacou Sarrazin
Director of Product Management
Tungle Corp.
