Yes. This happened to me and its VERY annoying. Right now I’m downloading a newer version of the BBM hoping that it will fix the problem. I click and click on the BBM icon but nothing happens and it simply doesn’t work and obviously I can’t “back up” my contacts from the menu as it doesn’t open to begin with. Any suggestions?
