Rogers has announced that the BlackBerry Torch is available for $199.99 on a three year term. This seems relatively expensive considering Amazon is offering the device for $99.99 on a 2 year service agreement. It might be best to purchase the device from somewhere else, unlock it and throw it on the Rogers network.
