Hedone Design has a BlackBerry 6 inspired theme called OS6LIKE that has all the BlackBerry 6 icons you would expect as well as the ability to navigate to 2 animated sections (custom and favorites). Hedone Design has been doing a good job of updating the theme so you’re sure to get a quality product. One thing that would be cool to see is an animated menu that is triggered at the top of the homescreen just like the real BlackBerry 6.
We recently heard Rogers will be offering the BlackBerry Torch on September 24th and it looks like Bell is offering the same deal. On September 24th, the BlackBerry Torch will be available from Bell for $199.99 on a three year contract. The BlackBerry Torch will operate on Bell’s HSPA+ network.
Rogers will be the first carrier to have the BlackBerry Torch and they have officially announced that the device will be available in store on September 24th. The device will be available for $199.99 on a 3 year contract. This is much more expensive than Amazon.com was offering the device for but it’s standard considering the amount of carrier competition in Canada.
