BerryBuzz is an incredibly popular app that lets you customize LED notifications for a wide range of apps and device features. The app is really helpful in that it lets you keep your phone on silent and with a single glance you can see what sort of messages you’re getting. Recently, the app was updated to version 3.2 with the following:

  • BerryBuzz settings can now be opened right from the homescreen icon
  • Added support for Visual Voice Mail
  • Added support for IM+ Lite
  • Added support for SBSH Calendar Pro
  • Storing license key in backup file and prefilling the activation screen after restore
  • Moved ‘My Contact LEDs’ and phone group to the top

Sean Kingston has a new song with Soulja Boy and Teairra Mari called BBM. It looks like Riz, the autotuned artist who did “PING!!! Me Baby” has some competition. I don’t think RIM marketing pays for any of this coverage and these guys are genuine fans of BlackBerry and BBM. It’s awesome coverage regardless.

The BBC Children in Need show aims to help disadvantaged children and young people in the UK. Right now there is a free Children in Need theme in App World so you can show your support as well as use the links in the theme to donate. The theme even has a cool hidden dock feature. Currently, the app is in private beta but the company let us know that they’ll be launching very soon. Benefits of Pinch include:
