I agree with you,
RIM is known for security and there might restrictions in the OS that prevent a app like color to work right on the BlackBerry infrastructure. I could be wrong, but I don’t see myself getting this app since Flickr works for me. Someone can make a App based on Flickr streams that are geo-coded and is made public would be much better.
