Now I’d LOVE for this case to be defeated by RIM and then again with an appeal irrefutably (I think I spelled that  wrong lol). 

However RIM really needs to accelerate delivery of 
9900/9930 Bold
QNX model OS for their BlackBerry Smartphone lineup – and also for helping developers make applications QUICKLY! 

This time around the SDK should be available MONTHS before the first BlackBerry QNX based smartphone arrives: nothing builds up sales like working, tangible, and palpable HYPE!
