Follow these steps:
Go in “options” Then go in “Device”Then find “Application Management”You will then find EVERY application recorded in your device. You can delete from there.

You have to subscribe to a BIS or BES plan from your service provider. A normal data plan dies not work on a blackberry unlike other smart phone. Check with you service provider and upgrade your data plan with BIS.. You will be amazed at the functionality all the BB app provide..Best of Luck

i send text (sms) messages and its says it sent but wont come up with the “d” above the tick to say its sent, both me and the person were in full signal areas and its not the first time this has happend…what do i do to fix it, ive taken the battery and sim card out and nothing has happend…HELP!

Sorry if this this a repeated question but…. I received my new blackberry torch 9810 yesterday and can not work out how to download apps from blackberry app world. I have a data pack included on my plan and according to my service provider everything is fine their end. I cannot access the facebook app it says ‘you are currently on a service plan that does not support this app. please connect to a wifi network or contact your service provider to upgrade your data plan’. And when I try and connect to BB world it says ‘Blackberry app world is having trouble connecting to the blackberry app world server. verify your network connections and try again’.
It works when I go to a WiFi Hotspot but I want to be able to access my apps all the time.
Please Help.
