I highly doubt it would boost sales or attract new BB customers by offering a free PlayBook. Maybe when there is more than 100 apps for the device but at this point in time I doubt you would see anything significant.

I won my Playbook from a vendor. If I had paid for it, I’d have returned it months ago. It sucks, and giving it away is the only way it’s going to gain any share.
