If you watch the entire clip (which is hard to do) Andrew Keen, Jordan Crook, and the other “reporter” representing Tech Crunch all have a drink in hand the entire 42 minutes. Couldn’t they even set it down while they are on camera?? I couldn’t care less if they have a drink there, but drunken interviews are way beyond unprofessional.

I especially like how they gave softball interviews to somewhat lame products and then go to the RIM booth with the intent of doing a hit job. Andrew was just rude, arrogant, and repetitive. Jordan joined in the stupidity with pulling out the iPhones, pointing at them and saying “My iPhone will do that.”, without even comprehending what Alex was talking about… how boorish.

If Tech Crunch’s goal was to alienate every BlackBerry user on earth, well then, CONGRATULATIONS! P.S. Jordan: No self respecting cowgirl would be caught dead (or even drunk) in that hat…save it for your New York “Dress-up Day”. Grow up girl.

Well, TechCrunch has become an ordinary news channel — just following the mainstream media and not thinking a bit out of the box. Can’t really blame them, but it is still disappointing. May be that’s the reason why I don’t read it anymore — since a couple of years.
