The company not only has a Tic Tac Toe game in App World that you can play, but developers can also take advantage of the platform and create cross-platform games themselves. The platform includes features such as a lobby for matchmaking, in-app chat, virtual goods and more.

We’ve been seeing an influx of new apps for the PlayBook since RIM launched its PlayBook giveaway program for developers. We recently heard about a fun note taking app for PlayBook that launched called Many Notes. Many Notes is a note taking app that looks like a combination of the PlayBook Scrapbook app and a sticky note app. With Many Notes, you can create notes, arrange them however you’d like and generally stay organized. The app is in its first version and we’re looking forward to seeing what features roll out in the near future.

That blog title sucks but you get the idea. RIM’s acquisition of Scoreloop, the mobile gaming achievement company, has led to a 1.0 release of the Scoreloop SDK for BlackBerry and users can check out what it’s like in KAMI RETRO HD by Paw Print Games. With the Scoreloop SDK, developers can add leaderboards, challenges, awards, and more. The hope is that all of this will save developers time, create a more fun gaming experience for BlackBerry users and make the platform more attractive all around.
