Job Description

Pomeroy IT Solutions, a leading national provider of integrated professional services, has a client in Princeton NJ that needs some Help Desk support for a Blackberry rollout. Interviews are this week with a March 1 start date.

Requirements (Must haves):

* Blackberry Knowledge - 8700 series blackberry * Basic Blackberry Enterprise Server Experience (Adding, Deleting, Assigning Devices, etc). Our current environment is BES 4.1 SP2 with Exchange. * Outlook 2003 (Medium to Expert) * Remedy

The blackberry role for the server that they will have is Senior HelpDesk role. The project is to deploy new Blackberries for a field expansion. Tech doesn't need to be a BES server expert, but does need to know the 8700 well.

The project is 4 weeks.
