The Nutrition database in Ascendo Fitness Desktop includes 7293 items.
The data comes from the USDA Nutrient Database Standard Reference (SR-19), the latest version of the industry benchmark for nutrition information.
The Nutrition database contains items from Weight Watchers, Marie Callenders, McDonalds, Taco Bell, Domino's and popular brands like Kelloggs, Nestle, Campbells and Budweiser.
Each nutrition item contains nutrient values for Calories, Proteins, Total Fats (Lipids), Fiber, Sugar, Sodium, Saturated Fats, Monounsaturated Fats, Polyunsaturated Fats and Cholesterol.
