As mentioned, RIM and Sage’s webcast on ACT! software for BlackBerry starts today at 2:00 PM EST. It’ll be good to hear how extensive the transition from desktop to handheld is going to be – if they can bring everything ACT! does onto BlackBerry, it’ll be impressive, but if they can do more (live updates on flagged contacts?), you’re looking at one killer app.
