Track your business expenses easily with your BlackBerry

TrackIT: Expense Edition from JavaTek Media is a comprehensive financial management application that allows the user to track expenses and income, as well as sort the information by categories and by merchants. It also provides the user with exchange rates for many countries; unfortunately, it appears they were last updated on April 2006 so it is not very useful. Thanks for trying though. After some initial difficulties (Mobihand was having “issues”) I was able to install it on my BlackBerry Curve 8900.

One of the features I really like is the Reports and Graphs feature. You can view a graph of either your expenses or income by day, month, or year. Another feature I like is the vast number of categories you can file your expenses and incomes. There is even an option to add additional subcategories. I use Microsoft Money to manage my family’s finances; the setup is similar so there was a very small learning curve with this app.
