Bplay has a sale on themes today where all their themes, NFL and college excepted, are going for $2.99. Here are some of the top selling themes on sale:
MP3 Ringtone Creator by Javatek Media provides a convenient way to take songs (MP3 files only) stored in your BlackBerry or on a media card, and create your own ringtones. The process takes place on-device (no computer software is required). Compared to the price of downloading ringtones, this app pays for itself many times over.
Starting today, you can find the Deal of the Day in the BlackBerry Cool Store.

The first set of Deal-of-the-Day offers include games/entertainment apps, themes, apps for improving personal productivity and performance enhancers for the BlackBerry. So there’s going to be something for everyone.
The First Deal of the Day
HD FutureX by Hedone Designs, is an innovative theme that tackles how to get more than 10 buttons on the home screen while still being wallpaper friendly. At first glance, you’ll see wallpaper displaying a blue sky and wheat-colored field. Hidden in the lower part of the screen are three boxes that each contain a hidden dock holding customizable icons. Hedone describes these as “15 in 3″ buttons. All of you need to know that this “natureful” theme is also quite functional and should be a welcome addition to any BlackBerry.
The BlackBerry Storm has been dropping in price all over the Internet. The reasons are two-fold in that the Storm is coming on its first birthday, which will always mean a price drop, and the Storm 2 will be launching, further dropping the price.
Just recently, Verizon began offering the BlackBerry Storm for $99. AmazonWireless is offering the device for $49.99 and the lowest price actually comes from the BlackBerry Cool device page.
The MobileHeist is back! It’s been a while since we ran the last one and there are some incredible deals to take advantage of.

Father’s Day is June 21st of this year and he’s expecting a shiny new BlackBerry. I know, we talked about it.

Fabian writes some excellent software for BlackBerry that I personally use on a daily basis. Applications such as VibAndRing, have become an essential part of many’s BlackBerry experience and complement the built-in features on a BlackBerry nicely. Today, his apps are on sale so check them out!
Amazon has done a great job of lowering the price on the BlackBerry Storm with a $250 instant discount. The final price is $99 with an agreement that you will not cancel or change your service within 181 days of activating the device (and also sign a two year contract, but hey). This definitely beats Verizon’s price of $199 after a $50 online rebate. So if you’re in the market for a Storm, don’t miss out on this bargain.
Popular BlackBerry travel application WorldMate Live has been offering client-side hotel booking since August of this year. Since then, WorldMate must have noticed a drop off in use of this excellent feature due to the global recession, because they’re now going out of their way to put a little extra money in our pockets.
Starting today, from either your BlackBerry or desktop computer, all WorldMate Live hotel bookings are elibible for up to a $100 rebate, which is great for me because I never stay in a hotel that costs more than $20 anyways.
If you haven’t yet checked out WorldMate Live, now might be a good time to start. Watch the funny video above, and then point your browser to https://www.worldmatelive.com/.
I don’t know if this is in hope of invigorating slow holiday sales due to a stagnant economy, or if certain BlackBerrys aren’t selling so well, but the important part is that they’re cheap.
The Source by Circuit City currently has a Friends & Family promotion, which offers the BlackBerry Pearl 8220 and BlackBerry Curve 8310 for $0 with a 3-year contract and minimum $35 plan. In addition the BlackBerry Bold is being sold for $99 on a 3-year contract with a $45 minimum plan. Remember, this is the device that was being sold for $399 a few short months ago.
Nothing much else to say here, other than that it doesn’t pay to be an early adopter. Get ‘em while they’re cheap!
