You have probably used a Polar Mobile app at least once in your BlackBerry life. In fact, you may be reading this story on the BlackBerry Cool mobile app which was built by Polar Mobile. Today, the company was featured in the National Post due to all the apps they have been churning out.

The National Post says the company is relatively unknown in mainstream media, but “within the Canadian technology and media communities, privately held Polar is one of the hottest properties in the rapidly expanding Canadian mobile software industry.” I’d like to think BlackBerry Cool, CrackBerry and a few other Canadian tech blogs like Mobile Syrup are a big help there.

Congratulations guys!
