RIM publishes GPS and BlackBerry Maps developer guide

We always like to keep an eye out on what RIM is doing for the BlackBerry development community, because we want them to develop cool new apps for us. So it pleased BBCool HQ to notice that RIM recently published a GPS and BlackBerry Maps Development Guide on their developers site. The guide is jam packed with a bunch of mumbo jumbo that we don’t understand, but that we’re sure is perfect for BlackBerry developers to get the most out of GPS and BlackBerry Maps.

Actually, it sounds like the kind of thing any LBS developer would be interested in if they wanted to win thousands of dollars in cash prizes in the Tele Atlas ‘Maps in Apps’ developer contest we told you about a few days ago (hint hint). The full RIM .pdf can be downloaded here.
